I’m a labor and employment lawyer and HR strategist with over a decade of experience helping teams navigate challenges with clarity, empathy, and results.
With a JD, an MBA, and a background in marketing—not to mention years of running my own business—I understand the complexities of leadership from all sides. I know what it’s like to scale, shift, and solve people problems in real time.
