I’m a labor and employment lawyer and HR strategist with over a decade of experience helping teams navigate challenges with clarity, empathy, and results.

With a JD, an MBA, and a background in marketing—not to mention years of running my own business—I understand the complexities of leadership from all sides. I know what it’s like to scale, shift, and solve people problems in real time.

I started Work in Progress because I saw too many growing companies trying to do it all without the right support. Not everyone needs a full-time HR team—but every team deserves strategic guidance that fits the way they work.
